Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. I got the Flan iced latte with almond milk and it was soooo good! If you like caramel, you’ll love this drink. The coffee quality is great and has lots of flavors. The workers were very patient and helpful when trying to decide which flavor. I am from Atlanta and would definitely recommend this spot!

All I can say is WOW!!! This has to be one of the most beautiful coffee shops I have ever visited. I plan on going to the Charlotte Coffee Festival in September and I saw this place would be a vendor there, so I looked them up and I instantly knew I wanted to visit. My family and I love to try different coffee shops after church on Sundays, and seeing that this shop was black owned sealed the deal for me. Walking in it is so beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake latte and a blackberry molasses latte (both iced) and OH MY GOODNESS!!! So well balanced and flavorful. These lattes are the perfect color; I knew I would love them. My mom absolutely loved her iced Samoa sugar free latte decaf w/almond milk and for dad a drip coffee with hazelnut and salted caramel, half and half, and added our own Splenda. The shop is absolutely beautiful and might have just become my favorite coffee shop ever. I am so excited to visit again. If you’re in the downtown Charlotte area and are looking for a new coffee shop, I HIGHHHHHLY recommend Indigo!!! I am blown away!!!!

A perfect blend of culture, comfort, and caffeine. I had an incredible experience at this shop. From the moment you walk in, the environment is incredibly welcoming. It’s an intentional blend of art and culture, making it a truly functional space whether you need to get work done using their free Wi-Fi or just want to relax. I loved that there are multiple seating areas, each adorned with beautiful art pieces that give the shop a unique soul. I ordered the "Remember the Time" (brown butter salted maple espresso latte), and it was exceptional. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the brown butter provided a subtle, delicious nuttiness. It was hot, smooth, and exactly what I needed. This is a gem in Charlotte! Do yourself a favor and come try it for yourself!

Indigo Coffee & Tea is a vibe. I’m in town on business for a few days and found this gem! I’ve been coming in the mornings to enjoy coffee and a blueberry bagel. I’ve also tried their cherry pie matcha and it’s delicious! The staff is so friendly and the quality of the coffee is divine. I came to work on a Friday morning and the DJ just brought the place to life! Amazing mixes and a great way to relax, get some work done and get the weekend started. The space is beautiful with plenty of outlets throughout. A perfect date spot or a moment to catch up on work - this is the spot! Congrats to the owners and staff for creating such a great spot! ¡Mucho éxito!
